A trio of Irish Catholic priests have been handed a $2 million record deal with label SonyBMG.
Father Eugene O'Hagan, Father Martin O'Hagan and Father David Delargy have vowed to give the money to charities near their homes in Northern Ireland.
The singing churchmen will continue to put their congregations first, even negotiating contracts allowing them time off to preside at services.
Martin O'Hagan says, "Our work means a great deal to us. We are priests first and foremost. Our work will be at the heart of our plans".
SonyBMG record boss Nick Raphael says, "Their voices are incredible. I'm extremely excited. They're going to be wonderful global superstars".

Ok, being an obsessive Michael Jackson fan as a child, I too am surprised or should I say embarrassed that I have NEVER seen the Wiz.
Gasp, horror, even Andrew nearly chocked on his beer when I said I'd never seen it, and he regards me as a fanatical fan now, doesn't think I ever grew out of it, lol.
"Ease On Down The Road" is really the only song that I know (of) associated with the film.
So how excited was I when my netflix came today with, da da daaaaaaaaaa - THE WIZ... Yes indeedee, I'm about to watch it now.. Enjoy the clip below.

Supermodel Naomi Campbell was arrested at London's Heathrow airport on suspicion of assaulting a police officer in an argument over luggage. Campbell was reportedly handcuffed on board a British Airways aircraft at Heathrow's Terminal 5 on April 3. Prosecutors said Mechele Linehan based her plan on the plot of the 1994 movie 'The Last Seduction.' ATA Airlines shut down operations and stranded thousands of travelers Thursday when an unexpected loss of key charter flights and soaring fuel costs forced the carrier into bankruptcy.

Once the nation's 10th-largest air carrier, ATA entered bankruptcy for the second time in just over three years. The company had more than 2,200 employees, and "virtually all" were told that their jobs were gone, company spokesman Michael Freitag said.
Many passengers learned of the collapse at ticket counters, where advisories were posted in the handful of cities ATA still served. About 10,000 passengers flew ATA each day when operations were shut down, according to the airline.
