Celebrity Dolls as Art - Angelina Jolie Doll

Posted on 12:12 by Unknown

Noel Cruz took and ordinary doll and made a true Angelina Jolie look alike. By using his artistic talent, Cruz duplicated Angelina Jolie’s piercing blue eyes and her pouty full lips.

The doll is as seductive as the real Angelina Jolie. Hairstyles are exaggerated as a doll would be, but the resemblance is very striking. The doll sold on eBay recently for $3000.

From the bee-stung lips and perfectly arched eyebrows, to the tiny mole on her forehead, the hand painted figurine is an extremely accurate likeness of the Hollywood actress. (telegraph)

Show your DRAWERS, Go to Jail - That's the LAW..

Posted on 06:46 by Unknown
The funniest s**t ever, sorry but it is...

I used to stare at guys in wonder when they "swaggered" by, not because of the air of confidence surrounding them, but because I'd be thinking "what's the magical secret to having your pants stay put when they're pulled waaay below the butt cheeks??"

Photobucket

It was always something that fascinated me and unfortunately I never had any friends that sported the fashion, therefore could never get a real explanation or show and tell about the subject matter..

Anyhoo, according to a CBS 12 report and The Smoking Gun, Riviera Beach (Florida) cops have been enforcing a new city ordinance targeting "young
black men" who sag.. I kid you not. Their crime? Exposing their drawers in public.

Ordinance 12-3043 defines violators as those whose pants or shorts exposed between two and five inches of their undergarments. Since the crackdown last month 11 people have been arrested. First time violators of the ordinance face a fine of up to $150. Repeat offenders could be sent to jail for a maximum of 30 days. The irony of it is that jail is where "saggy fashion" started, need I say more?

Below are some mugshots of the offending parties... Notice a pattern??

Kate Moss Joins Gild: Mega-Statue Museum-Bound

Posted on 20:51 by Unknown
Los Angeles (E! Online) - Someone has taken Kate Moss' role as fashion's golden girl rather literally.

British sculptor Marc Quinn is ready to unveil his latest creation to the world, a nearly $2.8 million, 110-pound solid gold statue of the supermodel, hyped as the largest such creation built since ancient Egypt.

Quinn, the artist behind 2006's Sphinx, a painted bronze statue of Moss in a somewhat provocative yoga pose, has dubbed his new golden girl Siren.

And the British Museum has already heeded its call.

While the venerable London museum has so far only released a close-up photo of the statue's face, the work purportedly shows Moss, once again, in the same contorted yoga pose as before.

"I thought the next thing to do would be to make a sculpture of the person who's the ideal beauty of the moment," Quinn said of his fabulously excessive creation. "But even Kate Moss doesn't live up to the image."

The British public will be able to determine for itself whether the statue succeeds where Moss apparently failed, with the objet d'art going on display in the the same British Museum gallery that houses the institution's ancient Greek sculpture collection.

The statue will be on display from Oct. 4 through Jan. 25.

Warner Bros sues Indian Studio over HARI PUTTAR Film..

Posted on 07:16 by Unknown
I don't know why I find this so funny, Hari Puttar indeed, LMAO...

Warner Bros studios has taken legal action against an Indian studio which plans to release a film entitled Hari Puttar - A Comedy Of Terrors.

The Hollywood giant has recently commenced proceeding against Mirchi Movies, of Mumbai, over the film in question, feeing its name is too similar to that of the Harry Potter franchise.

"We have recently commenced proceedings against parties involved in the production and distribution of a movie entitled Hari Puttar," Warner Bros spokeswoman Deborah Lincoln told The Hollywood Reporter.

"Warner Bros values and protects intellectual property rights.

"However, it is our policy not to discuss publicly the details of any ongoing litigation."

Hari Puttar - A Comedy of Terrors, tells of a ten-year-old boy who moves to England with his parents and becomes involved in a plot concerning a secret microchip and is set for a September 12th release in India.

Munish Purii, the chief executive of Mirchi Movies, said he was unable to offer significant comment as the case is sub-judice.

However, he added: "We registered the Hari Puttar title in 2005, and it's unfortunate that Warner has chosen to file a case so close to our film's release.

"In my opinion, I don't think our title has any similarity or links with Harry Potter."

Warner Bros recently confirmed that the release of Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince, the sixth film in the franchise, has been delayed by eight months until July 2009.

The movie will now spearhead Warner Bros' lineup of summer films.

Sean Paul's Father Robbed at Gunpoint

Posted on 07:09 by Unknown
(WENN) The father of dancehall star SEAN PAUL was held at gunpoint and robbed at his
home in Jamaica last month.

Garth Henriques was unhurt, but his friend and business partner John 'Pops' Dowling was shot and injured during the incident on July 13. He is recovering at the University Hospital of the West Indies.
Henriques tells X News Jamaica, "He is recovering but still needs another operation. The bullet shattered the bone in his arm and his nerves are damaged. He needs an operation for his nerves. He needs blood, his lungs are still bleeding and he needs to replace that blood."
He says of the robbery, carried out by two men, "They got $3,000. They put us both on the ground but Pops got up and ran and they shot him at close range. The bullet shattered his arm and went through his lungs and went into the other arm.

"When I spoke to Pops, he said he looked into the guy's eyes and thought he was going to kill him, so he ran. After the guy shot him, they ran off."

Paris Hilton seeks new best friend, in LONDON...

Posted on 21:06 by Unknown
What? Can't believe she ditched me, why is she going all the way to London when I'm living in LA? The cheek, that's a 10hour flight you know..

Anyhoo, Mz Hilton is heading to the UK to launch a reality TV quest for a best friend..

She just finished the Los Angeles version of "My New BFF", in which
she chose a confidante from tens of thousands of wannabe best pals. But you know Paris, one "Best Friend Forever" is not enough, so guess what? She wants one in my hometown too.

Hilton writes on her blog, "I decided I need to find my new British BFF. London, watch out - I'm coming to town and bringing my fast-paced life with me. I'm in the UK all the time, but of course I can't bring all my friends, so I've decided to look for a new BFF across the pond. I need a best friend who is hot, who can keep up with me, and most of all, who is real and won't be a backstabber. I'm not leaving London until I find that amazing girl or guy who can meet the challenges."

What can I say? Watch out London...

Rugby Players Kiss in Paris

Posted on 08:29 by Unknown
Paris Ile-de-France, the French regional tourism committee, is promoting Paris as the venue in which rugby and love come together with a controversial print campaign featuring kissing rugby union players.

With the Rugby Union World Cup coming to France in September, the locals are gearing up to demonstrate their capacity for humour. The campaign, online at C’est So Paris (www.cestsoparis.com), shows front row members of a scrum locking lips. The text: “Enjoy rugby in the capital of love”. Other members of the scrum have their hands placed in what could be taken to be amorous positions.

The C’est So Paris campaign, begun in December 2006, is being developed by BBDP & Fils, Paris, by creative directors Guillaume Chifflot and Manoëlle Van Der Vaeren, art director Antoine Mathon, copywriter François Faure, and photographer Cedric Delsaux.

Porn Company Boss Claims Victory in Hendrix Sex Tap Battle

Posted on 20:56 by Unknown

The bosses of a DVD porn company are claiming victory in their battle over the authenticity of a Jimi Hendrix sex romp, claiming the rock legend's estate has failed to prove the star of the raunchy footage isn't the late guitar great.

Vivid Entertainment released Jimi Hendrix: The Sex Tape on DVD in May
and company bosses were immediately challenged over the authenticity of the footage.

The controversial video depicted a man having sex with two women, and Vivid insisted the star was Hendrix.

Vivid co-chairman Steven Hirsch even offered Experience Hendrix, LLC officials $100,000 if they could prove the man in the video wasn't the rock star.

Sixty days after the offer, the Hendrix estate has failed to come up with verifiable proof that Hendrix is not the star of Jimi Hendrix: The Sex Tape.

Hirsch says, "In early May we made a good faith offer through our attorneys to pay $100,000 to Experience Hendrix if it could offer proof within 60 days that our tape was not authentic.
"We always knew it was real and were confident that the Hendrix heirs would be unable to substantiate their claims."

Hirsch's claims have been backed by Hendrix's former road manager Neville Chesters and groupie icon Cynthia (Plaster Caster) Albritton, who held Hendrix's penis in her hands while she made a plaster cast of it.

Prince Charles is a Drink Driver...

Posted on 04:36 by Unknown
Spotted @ UK Tabloid - The SUN

PRINCE CHARLES is helping to save the planet – by running his famous Aston Martin on WHITE WINE.

The classic gas-guzzler, a DB6 Volante given to the Prince by the Queen to mark his 21st birthday in 1970, has been overhauled to make it more environmentally-friendly.

It now runs on bioethanol extracted from local vineyards’ surplus plonk – at a cost of £1.10 ($2.00) per litre. [for those that don't know, 1 gallon = approx 3.78 litre's]

And, with the eco-friendly fuel burning at nearly 10 per cent more efficiently than petrol/gas the 150mph motor even goes FASTER at 165mph.

The Aston Martin quaffs 3½ bottles of wine per mile. But at £1.10 a litre, the eco-Prince beats the current fuel crisis and saves money at the pumps.

The 59-year-old Royal’s scheme was revealed yesterday as Clarence House published his annual accounts.

MTV fined $484,500 by U.K. regulator - Net taking steps to prevent future breaches

Posted on 19:59 by Unknown
MTV Networks Europe has been fined a total of £255,000 ($484,500) by U.K. media regulator Ofcom for "widespread and persistent" breaches of its broadcasting code by four of its channels.

The Viacom-owned operator will have to pay the following penalties:
TMF £80,000 ($152,000), MTV France £35,000 ($66,500), MTV UK £80,000 ($152,000) and MTV Hits £60,000 ($114,000).

The "highly offensive language and material" was broadcast before the 9pm family-viewing watershed.

Auds complained about a number of shows. They included: repeated use
of the words "motherfucker" , "fuck you" and "fuck" in a music video by Aphex Twin for the song "Windowlicker" on TMF, and racist and homophobic text messages aired by MTV France in "Belge Chat."

Additionally TMF screened a trailer for the reality skein "Totally Jodie Marsh" on seven occasions between 9.48am and 3.15pm on July 24 last year containing the sentence: "I just don't want you settling down with some fucking wanker from a modeling agency."

Other breaches identified by Ofcom included a 4.30pm broadcast of MTV UK show "Totally Boyband" in 2006 featuring "extensive offensive language."

In a statement the regulator said: "Ofcom concluded that this material was not justified by the context of broadcasts that were likely to appeal to children and that the likely audience would have expected to have been protected from the most offensive language and material in
such programming. "

A spokesman for MTV said: "MTV Networks Europe takes this sanction and fine very seriously and has taken a series of steps to minimize as much as possible any breaches in the future.

"These include strengthening procedures regarding programs for pre-watershed broadcast, reviewing MTV's archive programming, increasing the number of staff involved in compliance and investing in a new channel management system."

Japanese woman caught living in man's closet

Posted on 14:29 by Unknown
Sorry, this story is so funny, I was reading this yesterday and burst out laughing just visualizing a tiny woman curled up in this guys closet. Although in all honesty some people's closets are the size of my apartment, had she been living in MY closet, however small she was, she'd still be hanging out in some way or another...

After the fact, the guy said she was "neat and clean", how considerate LOL, lived in his closest without him knowing for a whole year and cleaned up.. He should hire her as his maid..

---

A homeless woman who sneaked into a man's house and lived undetected in his closet for a year was arrested in Japan after he became suspicious when food mysteriously began disappearing.

Police found the 58-year-old woman Thursday hiding in the top compartment of the man's closet and arrested her for trespassing, police spokesman Hiroki Itakura from southern Kasuya town said Friday.

The resident of the home installed security cameras that transmitted images to his mobile phone after becoming puzzled by food disappearing from his kitchen over the past several months.

One of the cameras captured someone moving inside his home Thursday after he had left, and he called police believing it was a burglar. However, when they arrived they found the door locked and all windows closed.

"We searched the house ... checking everywhere someone could possibly hide," Itakura said. "When we slid open the shelf closet, there she was, nervously curled up on her side."

The woman told police she had no place to live and first sneaked into the man's house about a year ago when he left it unlocked.

She had moved a mattress into the small closet space and even took showers, Itakura said, calling the woman "neat and clean."

Kim Kardashian rages at Houston Imposter

Posted on 16:50 by Unknown
Kim Kardashian has taken aim at a lookalike who is earning money by making nightclub appearances impersonating the socialite and reality TV star.

Kardashian was furious when she discovered an imposter was paid to pretend to be her at a Houston, Texas hotspot - and she's taking a stand using her blog.
She writes, "I am angry and disappointed to hear that people are going around a Houston, Texas, nightclub pretending to be me and pretending to work with me, lying and conning my friends and fans.

"A man in Houston has been selling tickets and promoting me and my image without my permission - and you know who you are - and taking a look-a-like to clubs pretending to be me, but hiding behind dark sunglasses and curtains - refusing to meet or speak to anyone.
"The truth is, I was not in Houston this week and have no plans to come to Texas until the end of June.

"Houston, I love you and I'm sorry!!!! Please spread the word about these con artists!"

“Gus”
An R&B singer/songwriter who had written major hits for artists including En Vogue, SWV and Changing Faces. His clear skin, dark eyes, bushy eyebrows and short wavy hair….he was just too pretty. He eventually became a “gangster styled” artist.

He was a member of one of the most popular R&B groups. They had several number one Billboard hits, and the young girls loved him because the adorable, sexy front singer, Drake had a flamboyant stage presence. He was very eccentric in his style, defying more conventional looks in his appearance. Drake didn’t hold back when he performed either…showing his muscular frame. [He] branched out on his own as a solo artist and had a huge hit single which led to a few acing roles in major motion pictures.

“Eli”
A popular multiplatinum rapper who started his own label. Eli was a forced to be reckoned with. He flew out the gate with his debut album and would become a mainstay in the ever-changing Hip Hop industry. He has been hailed as one of the greatest rappers to bless the mic.

“Galvin”
Once a part of a legendary R&B group who had experienced a brief stint as a successful solo artist, was allegedly linked romantically to an A-list male actor.
